• Overseeing and leading the commercial contracting activities
• Coordinating execution of clinical trial contracts and trade agreement execution efforts
• Engaging with transplant program administrators, hospital contracting teams, finance, and legal stakeholders
• Managing a high volume of active agreements with transplant centers
• Driving timely contract execution by proactively managing follow-ups, resolving comments, and removing bottlenecks
• Collaborating with internal teams to align on contract terms and resolve issues
• Tracking contract status, maintaining documentation, and providing visibility into pipeline and progress
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines
