About the role
- Provide enterprise-level oversight of supplier and product quality across product lines, manufacturing models, and supplier environments.
- Ensure materials and products conform to quality standards and regulatory obligations.
- Manage supplier qualification, first article inspections, and incoming inspection processes.
- Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Safety teams.
- Conduct supplier evaluation and qualification activities, including documentation review and risk-based assessments.
- Collaborate with suppliers to optimize quality and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years in Supplier Quality, Product Quality, or Manufacturing Quality roles.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001-based quality systems and quality tools (FMEA, control plans, etc.).
- Experience conducting supplier audits, process validations, and incoming inspections.
- Demonstrated analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, influence, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
