About the role

  • Own the full-cycle of Accounts Payable (AP), Invoicing and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely vendor payments and collections.
  • Support the month-end close process by reviewing departmental allocations and General Ledger (GL) mappings to ensure expenses are accurately categorized for reporting.
  • Support the VP of Finance in preparing monthly and quarterly reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a finance liaison for department heads, helping them manage their budgets and providing visibility into their spending.
  • Help identify, implement, and automate new tools and processes to make our financial operations more efficient.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (BBA).
  • 2–5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role with a US-based company
  • Highly proficient with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Start-up mindset, no problem is too small, curious, bias for action.
  • Experience with various financial system tools.
