About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical assistance and support for equipment-related queries and issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and software equipment problems
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system
  • Support two model families (AWP, TMH, or Scissor)
  • Use technical documentation and resources to provide accurate solutions
  • Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams or management
  • Follow up with customers to confirm satisfactory resolution
  • Support internal team members with troubleshooting tips and product content
  • Use and communicate knowledge articles, and identify inaccuracies or opportunities for new materials
  • Stay current with product development, industry trends, and product-support best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and contribute product knowledge and issue-resolution guidance in team meetings
  • Communicate customer feedback and technical issues to customer support
  • Provide input on product improvements based on customer feedback and trends
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED and three (3) or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and technical support tools
  • Ability to explain complex technical information clearly and concisely
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data analysis and knowledge management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Specialized Technology, or a related technical field
  • Customer-focused approach and commitment to exceptional service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with diagnostic tools and software for equipment troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software systems used in equipment manufacturing
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Ability to perform extended computer use, sitting, walking across various terrains or shop floors, standing, moderate lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, and working around varying temperatures or noise levels
