About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide best-in-class customer service and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Provide technical support and determine correct replacement parts, pricing, and availability
  • Handle customer orders and resolve discrepancies
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively and courteously
  • Document scenarios, follow-ups, and resolutions
  • Support parts sales, upselling, and customer contact targets
  • Prepare and process quotes, invoices, purchase orders, returns, and credits
  • Troubleshoot customer transactions and shipping/receiving activities
  • Participate in departmental meetings, training, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor less experienced team members and serve as a role model
  • Support internal departments with organized, accurate, and timely parts information
  • Respond to complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, marketing, or a related field and two or more years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to assist customers while enhancing their experience
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Basic proficiency reading and applying engineering drawings and documents, including the JED system
  • Basic proficiency reading and interpreting hydraulic and electrical schematics
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Written and spoken communication skills
  • ERP systems experience, including XA
  • Experience with Edge systems, including Salesforce and Online Express
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an office environment with extended sitting and computer/telephone use
