Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Handle requests for price quotes, purchase orders, and equipment part research
Confirm customer account status and create official quotes through Salesforce
Coordinate orders with internal teams and manage returns
Maintain accurate records of all customer communications, quotes, and orders in Salesforce
Collaborate with onsite team members and partner with field service to support warranty processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, marketing, or a related field
Four (4) or more years of relevant experience (equivalent to ten (10) years total in education and experience)
Prior experience in a dealership parts department or aftermarket parts retailer (e.g., AutoZone)
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and exploded diagrams
Experience with ERP systems
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer management systems
Customer service background, particularly in technical or mechanical environments
Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
