About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Handle requests for price quotes, purchase orders, and equipment part research
  • Confirm customer account status and create official quotes through Salesforce
  • Coordinate orders with internal teams and manage returns
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer communications, quotes, and orders in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with onsite team members and partner with field service to support warranty processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, marketing, or a related field
  • Four (4) or more years of relevant experience (equivalent to ten (10) years total in education and experience)
  • Prior experience in a dealership parts department or aftermarket parts retailer (e.g., AutoZone)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and exploded diagrams
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer management systems
  • Customer service background, particularly in technical or mechanical environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
