About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a senior legal advisor for the Transport segment leadership
- Provide comprehensive legal guidance to support strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations
- Advise on a wide range of matters, including commercial transactions, government contracts, and intellectual property
- Proactively identify legal and business risks and deliver practical solutions
- Manage and optimize outside counsel relationships globally
Requirements
What you’ll need- Juris Doctorate degree from an Accredited Law School
- Member in good standing of the bar of at least one state
- Five (5) or more years of experience in a corporate legal setting or law firm
- Two (2) or more years of experience with government contracts law
- Ability to establish strong partnerships, relationships, and influence across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work interdependently and manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to travel 25%
