Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a senior legal advisor for the Transport segment leadership
Provide comprehensive legal guidance to support strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations
Advise on a wide range of matters, including commercial transactions, government contracts, and intellectual property
Proactively identify legal and business risks and deliver practical solutions
Manage and optimize outside counsel relationships globally

Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctorate degree from an Accredited Law School
Member in good standing of the bar of at least one state
Five (5) or more years of experience in a corporate legal setting or law firm
Two (2) or more years of experience with government contracts law
Ability to establish strong partnerships, relationships, and influence across all levels of the organization
Ability to work interdependently and manage multiple projects and priorities
Ability to travel 25%
