About the role
- Update and implement changes from engineering modifications.
- Read and interpret Change Notices, blueprints, and facility layouts.
- Learn and use AutoCAD, Creo View, JED, and Microsoft Office.
- Conduct time studies, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Shadow Industrial & Manufacturing Engineers (IE/ME) and assist with daily production needs.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with a logical, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong math, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Interest in 2D/3D modeling (AutoCAD, Creo, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Planning to pursue a degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).
- Ability to read blueprints/layouts.
