About the role

  • Update and implement changes from engineering modifications.
  • Read and interpret Change Notices, blueprints, and facility layouts.
  • Learn and use AutoCAD, Creo View, JED, and Microsoft Office.
  • Conduct time studies, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Shadow Industrial & Manufacturing Engineers (IE/ME) and assist with daily production needs.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated with a logical, problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong math, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Interest in 2D/3D modeling (AutoCAD, Creo, SolidWorks, etc.).
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Planning to pursue a degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).
  • Ability to read blueprints/layouts.
