About the role
- Work directly with customers determining equipment needs and soliciting sales.
- Participate in industry trade shows.
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Communicate market needs and trends to senior management.
- Provide customer service to existing customer base.
- Conduct sales forecasting activities and determine sales objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate activities of the competition.
- Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordinator with sale representatives.
- Consistently manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with five (5) or more years of sales experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to travel 75% within the Midwest territory
- Previous experience working with and supporting Oshkosh mixer products or the Ready Mix Industry
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
