Plans, designs, implements, and supports the server systems, including Windows OS and server hardware, Linux OS, IBMi OS and hardware, Virtualization, and Active Directory for troubleshooting server problems and coordinating across the infrastructure and corporate landscape.
Providing day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for the server Windows and Compute stack environments (Active Directory and VMware)
Conducting triage and resolution of server issues and outages that arrive via ServiceNow requests that pertain to server hardware, server virtualization, and Active member of project teams following senior leadership design and project plans
Communicating and coordinating with stakeholders for escalation related activities.
Actively forecasting needs from 1 to 6 months.
Learning and adopting new technologies and best practices cloud, continuous integration, automation, and process improvement
Continuously monitor and analyze database ecosystem and capacity.
Cross functional team communicating and coordinating efforts for database, applications, and infrastructure activities.
Design, implement, and operate complex solutions.

Requirements

Four (4) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
