- Implementing process improvements for the business
- Creating dashboards/metrics to drive change for the business
- Collaborate with other team members and Aftermarket groups
- Acquire necessary business understanding to conduct appropriate analysis
- Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
- Present information using data visualization techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or STEM or related field)
- Three (3) or more years of proven data-centric work experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI
- Experience with data extraction, modeling and visualization
- Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and metrics that influence business decisions
- Advanced Excel and VBA skills preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
