About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product roadmap for your area: define what gets built, when, and why
- Run user research through interviews, usability tests, surveys, and synthesis into product decisions
- Write detailed specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering
- Produce wireframes, user flows, and low-to-mid fidelity mockups
- Use Figma and/or Design Claude to collaborate on designs and validate ideas
- Build lightweight POCs using AI-assisted tools such as Cursor and v0
- Define and track product metrics and own outcomes
- Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and ops to align priorities and remove blockers
- Present roadmap and product decisions to C-level stakeholders
- Document decisions, rationale, and learnings for an async, distributed team
- Help define how product tooling and processes evolve
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years in a product management role, ideally in B2C tech or a marketplace
- Strong discovery skills: user research, problem framing, and insight synthesis
- Experience writing detailed product specs and working directly with engineering teams
- Ability to produce wireframes, flows, or low-fidelity designs
- Data-informed mindset; comfortable defining success metrics and making data-driven decisions
- Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to non-technical audiences
- Proactive, ownership-driven approach with bias toward action
- Working knowledge of Figma, including components, auto-layout, and interactive prototypes
- Experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools such as Claude Design or similar
- Background in mobility, automotive, or marketplace products
- Familiarity with mobile-first product design and iOS/Android conventions
- Basic understanding of APIs or component-driven development
- Experience shipping products across multiple European markets or multi-locale platforms
