SEO, Content Manager
Oscar MobilitySEO & Content Manager responsible for SEO strategy and content execution across multiple markets in automotive business. Working with CMO for driving significant SEO performance and impact.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own our multi-market SEO strategy: Drive SEO performance hands-on across all 6 markets (Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Germany, and the US) and future markets as we continue to expand our car rental business.
- Lead technical and non-technical SEO: Take full ownership of both on-page and off-page SEO initiatives across our 600+ car rental locations, implementing solutions that scale effectively while also executing the day-to-day activities like content optimization, link building, and optimizing internal links.
- Build with AI: Our marketing team are frontrunners in automation and AI within the organization, aiming to eliminate manual work and scale our impact. You are expected to drive this agenda together with the marketing team and deliver on it within your domain.
- Own content & site execution: Full ownership of content production, landing pages, and CMS work (Storyblok) across all 6 markets.
- Develop future-proof SEO strategies: Build for visibility not just in traditional search but across LLMs as the search landscape evolves.
- Own your SEO analytics: Track rankings, organic traffic, and what moves organic performance across our markets in a company with a strong data culture.
- Drive localization at scale: Develop and execute strategies that address both cross-market and within-market localization challenges for maximum SEO impact.
- Collaborate with an SEO-focused team: Work in an environment where founders, product, and tech all understand and value SEO.
- Leverage modern SEO infrastructure and toolset: Work with our headless CMS architecture, automation and AI capabilities, and comprehensive SEO toolset (including AHrefs and other specialized tools) to implement scalable solutions across markets.
- Impact product decisions: Provide SEO insights that influence how we develop and evolve our product offerings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of experience in SEO across multiple projects/clients/companies
- Advanced knowledge in technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page strategies, and link building
- Experience with localization strategies and international SEO best practices
- Proficiency with SEO tools, including AHrefs, rank tracking tools, automation tools, and content optimization platforms
- Hands-on experience owning content in a CMS (bonus: Storyblok)
- Curiosity for using AI tools to scale your own output, rather than doing everything by hand
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Bonus: Experience in fast-growing startups and marketplaces.
