About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sign New Rental Partners: Identify, pitch, and "sell-in" the Oscar concept to car dealerships and workshops, managing the process from first contact to signed contract.
- Onboarding & Expansion: Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new locations to ensure a seamless launch.
- Partner Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for active partners, proactively communicating to ensure they are getting maximum value from the Oscar platform.
- Strategic Feedback: Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground - collecting field insights to help our leadership team improve the product for the American market.
- Continuous Improvement: Visit active locations regularly to stimulate growth, provide support, and build lasting professional ties.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven Hunter: You have a track record of building pipelines and closing deals, ideally in automotive, mobility, or franchise expansion.
