About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the technical support of the Hanford Accreditation Boundary referred to as the Hanford Local Area Network (HLAN)
  • Analyze and troubleshoot network, servers, and application issues to resolve and meet Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Perform Production Control job batch processing duties using Control-M Application
  • Identify IT Infrastructure systems problems, conduct diagnosis and document resolution details
  • Provide Cyber Security incident handling support
  • Support Disaster Recovery/Continuity of Operations (DR/COOP) exercises, testing and live incidents per procedures and policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screening
  • Must have identification compliant with the Real ID Act at time of hire
  • Must be able to obtain Department of Energy access badge
  • Ability to work shift work in a 24/7/365 environment
  • Strong understanding of Network, Application, or Server Monitoring Tools
  • Experience working with incident or ticketing system
  • IT Certifications
