About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the technical support of the Hanford Accreditation Boundary referred to as the Hanford Local Area Network (HLAN)
- Analyze and troubleshoot network, servers, and application issues to resolve and meet Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Perform Production Control job batch processing duties using Control-M Application
- Identify IT Infrastructure systems problems, conduct diagnosis and document resolution details
- Provide Cyber Security incident handling support
- Support Disaster Recovery/Continuity of Operations (DR/COOP) exercises, testing and live incidents per procedures and policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to pass a background and drug screening
- Must have identification compliant with the Real ID Act at time of hire
- Must be able to obtain Department of Energy access badge
- Ability to work shift work in a 24/7/365 environment
- Strong understanding of Network, Application, or Server Monitoring Tools
- Experience working with incident or ticketing system
- IT Certifications
