planning, execution, and documentation of authorized security assessments across the organization’s information systems
Conduct web application security assessments using manual techniques and automated tooling
Perform vulnerability assessments and configuration reviews across Windows and Linux environments
Develop clear, structured assessment reports documenting methodology, findings, risk ratings, and prioritized remediation recommendations
Support red team exercises and adversarial simulation activities
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior analysts

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
5+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity
at least 3 years of hands-on experience in security testing, vulnerability assessment, or offensive security
Ability to pass a background and drug screening
identification compliant with the Real ID Act at time of hire
Ability to obtain Department of Energy access badge
Relevant certifications such as OSCP, GPEN or GWAPT, CEH, CompTIA PenTest+, or equivalent
