  • - Design and operationalize a tiered launch framework
  • - Create standardized global launch playbooks and Bill of Materials
  • - Align Product, Sales, and Demand Gen for each launch
  • - Measure launch impact on pipeline and revenue
  • - Define ICP segmentation and vertical strategy
  • - Develop persona-based value propositions
  • - Partner on pricing and packaging inputs
  • - Support cross-sell and platform bundling strategy
  • - Build executive sales narratives and messaging frameworks
  • - Develop competitive positioning and battlecards
  • - Improve win rates through structured enablement
  • - Build and lead a high-performance Product Marketing team
  • - Clarify charters across PMM, Content, and Analyst Relations
  • - Partner with the CMO on marketing operating model evolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - 12+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing
  • - Experience leading multi-product portfolios
  • - Proven success scaling PMM teams
  • - Strong international GTM experience
  • - Executive presence with founders and board
