Working Student – Event & Communication Coordination

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Onsite & Online Coordination: Be the main point of contact on the day of the session, greeting participants and managing check-in.
- Pre-Event Preparation: Ensure food and beverages are ordered in advance, the room is set up the day before, and materials are prepared.
- Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming atmosphere, engage with participants, and represent osapiens' values.
- Live Support: Support the experts onsite by taking notes, collecting questions and feedback, and ensuring smooth flow throughout the event.
- Follow-up Assistance: Relay key discussion points to the Customer Success team and ensure any questions are tracked.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are currently enrolled in a university program (business, communications, law, or related fields preferred).
- You have a genuine interest in regulatory compliance and understand the relevance of software in this space.
- You are a people-person, enjoy building relationships, and are not shy to take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Availability to be onsite in Mannheim at least once a week, with presence the day before for setup.
