Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, development, and product delivery to bring products to life - focusing on GRC (Governance - Risk - Compliance).
  • - Ensuring regulatory compliance by staying informed on legal requirements and integrating them into product roadmaps.
  • - Acting as the in-house product expert by keeping up-to-date with ESG legislation and proactively adapting product strategies to new developments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - Bringing expertise in B2B SaaS product management, covering both product discovery and delivery.
  • - Experience working very closely with software engineers to build and improve products.
  • - Driving data-informed decision-making by using market insights, customer feedback, and regulatory trends to guide product direction.
  • - Balancing business, design, and technology by aligning diverse stakeholder needs to build intuitive, impactful products.
  • - Communicating fluently in English (C1 level) to engage effectively with global teams and stakeholders - German skills are considered a plus
