About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own your revenue target and consistently deliver – and exceed – quota
- Build and convert pipeline through a combination of inbound excellence and proactive outbound execution
- Lead deals end-to-end: discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
- Drive deal velocity through clear next steps, strong stakeholder management, and disciplined execution
- Maintain a clean, structured pipeline in HubSpot with full ownership of forecasting accuracy
- Apply rigorous qualification and pipeline management standards
- Leverage AI tools to optimize outreach, conversion, and overall sales efficiency
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Presales, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize win rates
- Operate with speed, focus, and a clear bias for action in a high-performance environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS closing roles with a strong new business focus
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing short to mid-length sales cycles in high-velocity environments
- Ability to manage multiple deals in parallel with strong attention to detail
- Strong understanding of pipeline management, conversion metrics, and forecasting
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and AI-driven sales tools (mandatory)
- Clear, structured communication and strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Full ownership mentality with high accountability for results
- Strong bias for action and solution-oriented thinking
- High level of intensity, discipline, and resilience

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
