About the role
- As a Technical Team Lead you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Business Partner Transparency (BPT) within our osapiens HUB. This enterprise-grade platform helps companies comply with critical ESG regulations like:
- - The German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) – ensuring suppliers uphold human rights and environmental standards.
- - The Whistleblower Directive – providing secure, anonymous reporting channels.
- - The Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) – upcoming EU-wide sustainability compliance.
- In this role, you will combine technical expertise with leadership, guiding a team of 5-7 engineers to build scalable, high-impact solutions. You will shape the team’s technical direction, champion best practices, and work closely with product managers to translate business needs into effective solutions. **Our osapiens HUB is a modern, enterprise-grade development platform that enables businesses to build powerful applications without worrying about infrastructure, scaling, or failover. You’ll help develop and refine this cutting-edge, serverless ecosystem while delivering meaningful solutions for international clients. **This role is based in Madrid where you'll collaborate with a talented, forward-thinking team. We embrace a **hybrid work model**, with **three days a week in the office**, ensuring the perfect balance between in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.
Requirements
- - Demonstrating proven leadership experience by having previously led teams as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineer, with a strong focus on mentoring and guiding team members.
- - Bringing expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js by developing scalable, high-performance applications with modern full-stack technologies.
- - Applying a deep understanding of agile development by thriving in fast-paced, iterative environments and continuously improving team workflows.
- - Exercising excellent problem-solving skills by breaking down complex business requirements into simple, effective technical solutions.
- - Communicating effectively with stakeholders by collaborating seamlessly with both technical and non-technical teams to drive alignment and clarity.
- - Embracing a servant leadership mindset by empowering and enabling your team to excel, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
- - Excellent communication skills in English (C1). German is a bonus (B1+)
