Support in planning and executing events, webinars, and go-to-market campaigns
Participate in customer projects and handle initial independent communication with prospects and existing customers
Clearly communicate the business value of our software with a focus on maintenance efficiency or after-sales
Prepare and present tailored proposals based on specific customer requirements
Work closely with the sales team and regularly share market feedback and customer needs
Maintain all activities and contacts in the CRM system in a structured manner
Support the further development of our maintenance and service solution together with the product team

Requirements

Enrolled in a bachelor's program from the fourth semester onward or in a master's program
Field of study: Business, Engineering, or a comparable discipline
German at native level and very good English skills
Interest in software, technical processes, or maintenance
First experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is a plus but not required
Clear and structured communication
Reliable and detail-oriented working style
Strong willingness to learn, self-initiative, and motivation to take on responsibility
