About the role
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition for SME and Mid‑market segments
- Define and implement a channel strategy to maximize output and achieve measurable cost‑per‑lead targets
- Plan, launch and optimize multi‑channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, content, referral programs)
- Use A/B testing, data analysis and funnel optimization to continuously improve conversion rates
- Drive positioning, messaging and value propositions tailored to SME and Mid‑Market needs
- Own the creation of digital content that educates, attracts and converts audiences (landing pages, webinars, video scripts, blog posts, ads, etc.)
- Monitor KPIs across the digital ecosystem, derive insights and translate them into actionable optimizations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or performance marketing in B2B/SaaS
- Strong understanding of SME and Mid‑Market buying behavior and digital adoption trends
- Hands‑on experience with marketing automation, CRM (preferably HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Proven track record building automated funnels, lead‑nurturing flows and scalable digital campaigns
- Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to produce compelling digital content in German and English
- Experience with product‑led growth / product‑led sales is a strong plus
