About the role
- Support our Co-CEO and leadership team in driving forward our mission to build a market-leading SaaS ESG platform.
- Help shape strategic priorities, support decision-making, and drive cross-functional initiatives that influence the future of our organization.
- Act as a trusted partner in day-to-day operations, contribute to strategic and operational projects, and help improve internal processes and structures.
- Gain deep insights into how a fast-growing scale-up operates and take ownership of impactful projects from day one.
Requirements
- You are enrolled as a student at a top university or business school in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field—ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
- You have already gained work experience as a working student or through internships (e.g., consulting, corporate strategy, SaaS, digital transformation, finance, investment banking, or private equity).
- You bring strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with a proactive, structured way of working.
- You are agile, quick-thinking, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- You have a strong interest in strategy, digital processes, and building scalable operations.
- You are fluent in German and English.
