About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and configure workflow automations to improve processes in sales support, customer onboarding and consulting
  • Translate business requirements into efficient technical workflows and smart system solutions
  • Independently implement small-scale automation solutions beyond Excel, including scripts and logic-based tasks
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand technical needs and deliver impactful solutions
  • Support continuous improvement of internal automation strategies and contribute to scalable system configurations
  • Help internal teams and clients implement smart, scalable workflow automations
  • Work across departments to design and configure solutions that improve operational efficiency and enable digital transformation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in a technical field (e.g., Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Engineering or similar)
  • Solid understanding of programming logic and confidence in working with code — full-time developer skills not required
  • Ability to implement small-scale automation tasks that support customer-related processes
  • Practical experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate or similar) and software configuration
  • Strong communication skills and an outgoing, confident personality
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently on technical tasks
  • English fluency required; German is a plus
