- Elevate the Osano Brand by making Osano the name in privacy tech and adjacent GRC/security circles.
- Build relationships with analysts, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Create content, campaigns, and events that our audience actually wants to engage with.
- Lead and Scale the Team: Recruit, develop, and inspire top talent across demand gen, product marketing, and brand.
- Foster a culture of creativity, speed, and accountability.
- Align marketing closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success for a seamless GTM motion.
Requirements
- You have 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with 5+ years leading high-performing teams—ideally in high-growth, venture-backed environments.
- You’ve built and scaled demand generation engines that deliver measurable, repeatable pipeline growth across paid, organic, partner, event, and content channels.
- You are comfortable being hands-on—whether that’s crafting campaign copy, refining messaging, analyzing performance data, or jumping into a launch plan.
- You have experience elevating a brand from solid to category-defining through compelling storytelling, differentiated positioning, and high-impact campaigns.
- You have strong product marketing instincts and a track record of turning product innovation into market-shifting narratives that win competitive deals.
- You are naturally curious, quick to learn, and relentlessly customer-focused—bonus if you know the privacy, data governance, or compliance space!
