About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer inbound client calls in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
- Respond to questions about accounts, products, services, and procedures
- Research and resolve issues, escalating complex matters as needed
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Review, verify, and process service forms and client requests
- Follow workflows and service-level agreements to meet turnaround expectations
- Contact clients about missing information or required corrections
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards
- Participate in ongoing training on products, systems, and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and improve service delivery

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year providing customer service, including proven results resolving challenging issues
- Customer-focused mindset
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Motivation to build a career in financial services
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Internet
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally with Advisors about service issues
- Ability to read and interpret company policies, operations manuals, Pershing manuals, and technical guides
- Minimum 1 year of brokerage experience preferred
- Completion of the FINRA SIE exam preferred
- FINRA Series 7 preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
- Experience or exposure to financial services, investment advisory, billing, accounting, customer service, advisor support, client support, operations support, account management, broker-dealer, financial advisor, support representative, customer service representative, or back-office operations
