Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for driving sales strategy and financial planning adoption for a defined region of advisors
Educating and promoting the benefits of fee-based business
Facilitating adoption of the firm’s advisory technology
Introducing appropriate investment managers based on the client’s needs
Helping advisors grow their overall advisory businesses
Executing a virtual regional strategy focused on managing the region’s top opportunities
Drive impactful interactions and events
Partnering with various investment management companies to deliver collateral and share leads
Introducing and supporting advisors on various product offerings
Reviewing and analyzing regional reports to prioritize existing and new prospects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s Degree preferred
bachelor’s degree from accredited university in Economics, Finance, Business, or related subjects required
Series 7 required
Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
5+ years in a similar role
Extensive knowledge of advisory platforms, key wealth management concepts, investment strategies
Deep experience working directly with financial advisors
