About the role
- Engage directly with customers – over 11,000 Financial Professionals
- Help grow and support their firms
- Work closely with team members in operational and transactional activities
- Perform a variety of administrative and sales support activities
- Act as a liaison between investment executive and clearing firm, fund company, and carrier
- Maintain electronic client files and documentation on web-based software
- Provide highest level of service and responsiveness to customers
- Ensure client satisfaction continues to be a distinguishing selling point
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Client service oriented
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new information
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Time management skills
- FINRA Series 7 License preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Financial services experience preferred
