Key responsibilities & impact

Engage directly with customers – over 11,000 Financial Professionals
Help grow and support their firms
Work closely with team members in operational and transactional activities
Perform a variety of administrative and sales support activities
Act as a liaison between investment executive and clearing firm, fund company, and carrier
Maintain electronic client files and documentation on web-based software
Provide highest level of service and responsiveness to customers
Ensure client satisfaction continues to be a distinguishing selling point

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred
high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Client service oriented
Ability to quickly learn and apply new information
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail-oriented
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent problem-solving skills
Time management skills
FINRA Series 7 License preferred
Prior customer service experience preferred
Financial services experience preferred
