About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage directly with customers – over 11,000 Financial Professionals
  • Help grow and support their firms
  • Work closely with team members in operational and transactional activities
  • Perform a variety of administrative and sales support activities
  • Act as a liaison between investment executive and clearing firm, fund company, and carrier
  • Maintain electronic client files and documentation on web-based software
  • Provide highest level of service and responsiveness to customers
  • Ensure client satisfaction continues to be a distinguishing selling point

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Client service oriented
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new information
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Time management skills
  • FINRA Series 7 License preferred
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Financial services experience preferred
