Assist with updating and maintaining basic financial reports and spreadsheets in Excel
Support routine data checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare data extracts or simple visualizations for use by senior analysts
Help maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) under guidance
Perform basic SQL queries or data pulls (training provided if needed)
Assist with documenting processes, data definitions, and recurring report steps
Support team members on ad-hoc data requests and administrative reporting tasks

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
Interest in learning SQL, Power BI, and data visualization tools
Strong attention to detail when working with numerical data
Ability to follow established processes and ask questions when uncertain
Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple team members
