About the role
- Workday Ownership for Human Capital
- Owner and sponsor for all Workday-related planning, maintenance, implementation, and configuration in the human capital space including integrations with Finance and all other internal stakeholders and external partners

- HR Technology Leadership
- Develop and execute a multi-year HR technology roadmap
- Lead optimization and governance of all HR technology solutions including integrations (Workday, Cornerstone, OSV, career site, etc.)
- Partner with IT, vendors, and compliance teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant HR technology solutions
- Research, implement and lead change management related to AI, new solutions, and business process integrations with partner functions for human capital processes (i.e., hiring, onboarding, exiting, etc.)
- Deliver solutions that create engaging and effective experiences for employees and managers
- Workforce Planning & Analytics
- Support technical requirements for workforce planning, including forecasting, capacity modeling, and approval process management
- Oversight for contingent workforce planning, reporting, and integrated system management (VNDLY in partnership with MSP, TRC Talent Solutions)
- Human Capital Data, Reporting & Insights
- Own the strategy and execution of human capital data governance, reporting, and analytics
- Deliver actionable insights to HR and business leaders through dashboards, scorecards, and predictive analytics
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across HR technology platforms
- Acquisition & Integration
- Serve as the HR technology lead for M&A activity
- Ensure continuity of HR services and compliance during transitions
- Financial Process Integration
- Align HR processes with financial planning cycles, including budgeting, headcount management, and cost modeling
- Improve transparency and reporting of HR investments
- Project Management
- Lead cross-functional and internal/external partnership projects centered in HR technology solution delivery
- Lead human capital projects for business integrations as well as human capital-based initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Sophisticated Workday expertise including full implementation
- Specific experience with Benefits complete implementation
- Ability to translate business strategy into HR operational plans
- Experience managing HR technology tools and platforms (i.e., Workday, Cornerstone, Career Sites, LinkedINApply, etc.) including configuration, reporting, and optimization
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL) including strong capability in interpreting complex data sets
- Proven success in leading HR due diligence and post-merger integration in financial services
- Strong financial fluency (HR-related financial processes, budgeting, and cost modeling)
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across executive and cross-functional teams
- Change leadership and communication champion.
