About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, vendors, and contractors.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and dispatch vendors while tracking work orders through completion.
  • Follow up with vendors and tenants to ensure maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Schedule property inspections, maintenance visits, vendor appointments, and property showings when required.
  • Assist with lease administration, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy updates.
  • Maintain accurate tenant, lease, and property records within the company's management system.
  • Assist with rent collection, payment follow-ups, and account inquiries when applicable.
  • Monitor shared inboxes, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to general inquiries.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence as needed.
  • Coordinate with the property management team to support efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and established property management procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven professional experience in **U.S. Property Management**.
  • Fully bilingual in **English and Spanish** (spoken and written).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience coordinating maintenance requests and communicating with vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Experience using property management software such as **AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, Propertyware, Rent Manager**, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to overlap working hours with U.S. Eastern Time business hours
  • Reliable high-speed internet, headset suitable for frequent calls, quiet workspace, and backup power for remote work
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines and general U.S. property management best practices.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and maintenance operations.
  • Experience supporting multiple properties or property portfolios simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital documentation workflows.
  • Experience with leasing coordination, tenant screening, and lease documentation.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is a plus.
