About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to appointment setting.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with B2B outreach, cold calling, lead qualification, and booking meetings for a sales team.
- Proficiency with communication tools for email outreach.
- Experience using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Availability during Eastern Time business hours.
- Experience in the communications industry is a plus.
