About the role

  • Create detailed and accurate kitchen designs using 2020 Design F?lex software.
  • Prepare professional, precise quotes and estimates for clients.
  • Price out materials, cabinetry, hardware, and related project components.
  • Collaborate with clients, sales staff, and production to ensure designs align with project budgets and timelines.
  • Understand how kitchen projects are assembled from concept through completion.
  • Revise drawings and estimates based on client feedback or project changes.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and design files

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of kitchen design and estimating experience
  • Prior work experience with a kitchen company
  • Experience designing residential kitchen projects
  • Professional experience preparing client quotes, estimates, and pricing breakdowns for kitchen projects
  • Strong proficiency with 2020 Design (Flex or Live)
  • Solid understanding of kitchen construction, cabinetry, and the workflow from design to installation
  • English proficiency at C1 Advanced level (verbal and written)
  • Availability to work during US Eastern Time business hours
  • Experience in client-facing interactions for kitchen design projects
  • Experience coordinating with internal sales and production teams to align designs with budgets and timelines
