About the role

  • Prepare visual specification packages for art, signage, logos, and wallpaper using PowerPoint.
  • Set up high-resolution print files – downloading, upscaling, and sizing images correctly.
  • Ensure color accuracy for all deliverables (basic color-matching skills required).
  • Collaborate with our design, print, and production teams to bring concepts to completion.
  • Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to format and refine print-ready artwork.
  • Enforce quality control standards to ensure all files output meet expectations.
  • Maintain precise and organized documentation and file systems.
  • Stay current with design trends and emerging tech (including AI tools) to boost quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a graphic production/design coordination role.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and Canva skills.
  • Deep understanding of print specifications, file prep, and layout practices.
  • Visual composition skills and attention to detail (even if you’re not designing original artwork).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for delivering great work.
