About the role
- - Assist in preparing and reviewing title insurance policies, Building loan contins and related documents.
- - Conduct title searches and prepare title abstracts to verify property ownership.
- - Do survey readings.
- - Prepare and review closing packages
- - Ensure compliance with NYS title insurance regulations and guidelines.
- - Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the title insurance process.
- - Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- - Respond to inquiries and resolve title-related issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- - Previous experience in title insurance.
- - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a level of C1 Advanced.
- - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- - Familiarity with NYS title insurance laws and regulations
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and title insurance software,. preferably with experience in TrakerPro Software
- - Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
