About the role

  • - Assist in preparing and reviewing title insurance policies, Building loan contins and related documents.
  • - Conduct title searches and prepare title abstracts to verify property ownership.
  • - Do survey readings.
  • - Prepare and review closing packages
  • - Ensure compliance with NYS title insurance regulations and guidelines.
  • - Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the title insurance process.
  • - Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • - Respond to inquiries and resolve title-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • - Previous experience in title insurance.
  • - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a level of C1 Advanced.
  • - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • - Familiarity with NYS title insurance laws and regulations
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and title insurance software,. preferably with experience in TrakerPro Software
  • - Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
