About the role

  • Prospect and Qualify Leads: Engage potential customers and qualify leads, identifying prospects that align with Orum’s target market.
  • Generate Pipeline Opportunities: Actively build and maintain a steady flow of prospects to support our sales teams.
  • Present Orum’s Value: Serve as the front line in introducing Orum’s solutions to potential customers, effectively communicating our value proposition and creating interest.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Account Executives and other team members to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and support overall sales goals.

Requirements

  • Must be a current U.S. citizen
  • Must be currently residing in or near Austin, TX. No other locations will be considered at this time.
  • 6-12 months of experience in a b2b sales development, prospecting, or lead generation role
  • Experience prospecting into Enterprise level companies
  • Has been in a role where they have made 100+ calls a day
  • Track record of consistently achieving quota
  • Organized and has a great sense of time management
  • Experience account mapping + working closely with an Account Executive
  • Experience with Sales Technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, LeadIQ, Apollo, etc.
