Staff/Principal Technical Recruiter

Full-stack Engineer

• Own key product features from concept and discovery through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
• Design and build scalable systems (roughly 70% backend, 30% frontend) that support real-time, high-volume workflows—such as routing calls with our event-driven SIP Softswitch or processing audio streams for advanced speech recognition.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to shape intuitive, performant experiences. Your ideas and feedback will directly influence our roadmap—we value engineering, product, and design equally.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while contributing to team-wide standards that promote reliability, scalability, and clarity.
• Continuously learn and grow by engaging with teammates, sharing knowledge, and adopting best practices across the stack.

Account Executive

• Your key focus will be on driving new business by landing and nurturing customer relationships, coupled with managing the full sales cycle to ensure Orum's expansion in the enterprise market.
• Engage in strategic planning for customer acquisition and collaborate effectively with Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success Managers. This collaboration is vital for building a robust pipeline and deepening client relationships.
• Own the responsibility for all aspects of bookings growth, from prospecting to closing new deals, while consistently meeting and surpassing quota-driven goals, representing Orum’s dedication to growth and excellence.

Enterprise Account Executive

Sales Development Rep

• Prospect and Qualify Leads: Engage potential customers and qualify leads, identifying prospects that align with Orum’s target market.
• Generate Pipeline Opportunities: Actively build and maintain a steady flow of prospects to support our sales teams.
• Present Orum’s Value: Serve as the front line in introducing Orum’s solutions to potential customers, effectively communicating our value proposition and creating interest.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Account Executives and other team members to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and support overall sales goals.

Sales Development Representative

• Focused on landing new customers and driving new business
• Own and manage the sales cycle to ensure Orum’s growth within the commercial market
• Plan and strategize on prospective customer engagements
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success Managers
• Drive all elements of bookings growth including prospecting, Champion building, generating opportunities, managing Pilots, and closing net new business
• AE's are quota-driven and represent Orum in the field
