About the role

  • Focused on landing new customers and driving new business
  • Own and manage the sales cycle to ensure Orum’s growth within the commercial market
  • Plan and strategize on prospective customer engagements
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success Managers
  • Drive all elements of bookings growth including prospecting, Champion building, generating opportunities, managing Pilots, and closing net new business
  • AE's are quota-driven and represent Orum in the field

Requirements

  • 2+ years of closing experience in a quota-carrying role selling b2b SaaS to mid-market
  • Overachieving sales goals (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
  • Excellent writer and speaker
  • Self-starter, quick learner, and avid prospector
  • Nice To Have: Experience with MEDDIC is helpful
  • Previously a top-performing SDR or experience in sales development in a hyper-growth startup
  • Experience selling to sales organizations or marketing leaders
