About the role
- Focused on landing new customers and driving new business
- Own and manage the sales cycle to ensure Orum’s growth within the commercial market
- Plan and strategize on prospective customer engagements
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success Managers
- Drive all elements of bookings growth including prospecting, Champion building, generating opportunities, managing Pilots, and closing net new business
- AE's are quota-driven and represent Orum in the field
Requirements
- 2+ years of closing experience in a quota-carrying role selling b2b SaaS to mid-market
- Overachieving sales goals (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
- Excellent writer and speaker
- Self-starter, quick learner, and avid prospector
- Nice To Have: Experience with MEDDIC is helpful
- Previously a top-performing SDR or experience in sales development in a hyper-growth startup
- Experience selling to sales organizations or marketing leaders
