About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overall responsibility for all People & HR matters across the entire employee experience cycle
- Lead and develop a three-person team
- Actively support day-to-day operations and act as a sparring partner for managers and employees
- Further develop efficient HR processes and expand digitalization and automation within the People function
- Ensure smooth data transfer to our payroll provider
- Responsibility for personnel costs, workforce planning and the HR budget
- Close collaboration with business units and leaders to develop the organization, teams and employees
- Design and support change and transformation processes and promote a positive, performance-oriented corporate culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in a senior HR or People role
- Experience in leading and developing teams
- Strong hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking
- Solid experience across the entire employee experience cycle
- Knowledge of personnel cost control, workforce planning and budget responsibility
- Deep expertise in employment law
- Experience in transformation, change management, or organizational development is a plus
