About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead implementation and training efforts for orthodontic practices, ensuring successful adoption of OrthoFi solutions
- Align with key stakeholders to manage scheduling, project timelines, and training needs
- Conduct remote and onsite training sessions, providing hands-on support to orthodontic staff during system setup and go-live phases
- Support post-implementation efforts, including hosting office hours, facilitating new staff training, and addressing ongoing training needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective client handoffs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience
- Strong desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- 2–4 years of client-facing training experience in software, services, or processes strongly desired
- Orthodontic or dental experience is a plus; OrthoFi experience is even better
- Excellent presentation skills, professionalism, and poise
- Aptitude for quickly building rapport and trust
- Results-oriented, with creative problem-solving and innovative thinking
- Professional and adaptable communication skills for in-person, phone, and email interactions
- Excellent work planning and analytical skills; ability to prioritize based on business need
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully as part of a team and assist others
- Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time in normal seasons (2–3 days, 3 weeks per month)
- Instructional design experience is nice to have
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
- Must be able to live and work full-time in Arizona, Alabama, Missouri, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas
