Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the engineering and sustainment of Windows server platforms supporting critical digital services within ASD.
Design, build and operate core Windows services including Active Directory, DNS, PKI, Remote Desktop Services and WSUS.
Lead complex systems design activity balancing functional and non-functional requirements.
Integrate and support management and security software, configurations and MFA solutions across the Windows estate.
Develop server automation and scripting to streamline build, configuration and operational tasks.
Take responsibility for systems installation, migration and decommissioning projects.

What you’ll need

Current PV security clearance
Australian citizenship
Demonstrated senior level experience designing, testing and deploying new versions of the Windows Server operating system in enterprise or high assurance environments
Deep hands on expertise across Active Directory, DNS, PKI, Remote Desktop Services, WSUS and VMware integration
Strong working knowledge of security software and hardening associated with Windows operating systems, including MFA integration
Proven capability at SFIA Level 5 systems design and installation, Level 4 problem management, and Level 3 scripting and software development.
