Network Engineer, L2
Orro GroupL2 Network Engineer providing escalation support to enterprise customers at Orro. Diagnosing and resolving complex network issues while maintaining service quality and relationships.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide Level 2 technical support across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SDWAN environments, acting as an escalation point for the wider support team
- Diagnose and resolve complex network faults across Cisco, Meraki, and Juniper infrastructure
- Support and maintain Cisco Wireless environments including AirOS and 9800 WLC platforms
- Work with Cisco Catalyst Centre (DNA C) as part of day to day operations and fault resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and customer stakeholders
- Participate in on call rotation to support after hours incident response
Requirements
What you’ll need- A current CCNA, CCNP, or higher Cisco certification
- Minimum 4 years of hands on experience across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SDWAN in a service provider environment
- Demonstrated experience with Cisco Wireless (AirOS, 9800 WLC) and Cisco Catalyst Centre (DNA C)
- Strong diagnostic and fault resolution skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong customer relationships.
