About the role
- Work closely with members of the finance team
- Support the Financial Controller to achieve accurate and timely consolidated information
- Own all labour related accounting
- Own the repair & maintenance budget
- Own the capital expenditure related accounting
- Warehouse expense management
- Act as the back-up resource for the new SKU creations
- Monthly Oscar X accounts update and other ad hoc tasks assigned
- Continually review and develop reporting systems and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize cost of reporting processes
Requirements
- Hold a recognised Degree in Accountancy, Commerce or Business Administration
- Have a post degree Qualification/Diploma of either CA or CPA
- Demonstrate advanced spreadsheet skills with Excel and Power BI
- Minimum 6 years in a management accounting role
- Show strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Possess high attention to detail and have the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Display well-developed interpersonal/communication skills
- Knowledge of supply chain reporting systems preferably SAP
