About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serves as a key partner to the CEO and executive leadership team
Provides data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making across the organization
Synthesizes complex internal and external data into clear, actionable narratives for board-level presentations
Analyzes and interprets internal KPIs to assess organizational performance
Translates quantitative data into clear business insights, highlighting trends and opportunities
Designs and maintains executive dashboards and reporting frameworks
Develops compelling data visualizations and storytelling materials tailored for non-technical audiences
Supports enterprise strategic initiatives by providing analytical insights
Collaborates cross-functionally with Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, Risk, and IT
Conducts ad hoc analyses and special projects as directed by the CEO
Monitors industry trends, peer benchmarks, and market conditions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Seven or more years of experience in financial services, analytics, strategy, or executive reporting
Demonstrated experience preparing C-level presentations and working directly with senior executives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights
Credit Union or Banking experience is preferred.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or in a related field is required
A master's degree is preferred.
Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau
Experience working in Excel and databases such as Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, Aurora, Redshift, My SQL, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
