About the role
- Lead the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Training (EHS&T) programs across the global fleet of operating facilities
- Monitor compliance with EHS regulations and lead risk assessments
- Develop and maintain EHS&T policies and training programs
- Oversee incident management processes and training oversight
- Direct the development of emergency preparedness plans
Requirements
- Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in Environmental, Health, Safety, and Training roles
- At least 5 years in a senior or executive-level position
- A bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related technical field is preferred
- Experience leading EHS&T programs across geographically dispersed and operationally complex environments
- A Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation is strongly desired
