• Ensure all exploration projects are executed with the highest commitment to health, safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and coordinate multiple geothermal exploration programs worldwide, including drilling campaigns, well testing, and field development activities.
• Manage exploration projects from early-stage scoping and permitting through execution and turnover for plant construction.
• Apply Ormat’s well delivery process to ensure drilling campaigns and well flow tests meet technical, safety, and quality standards.
• Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, ensuring alignment with program goals and milestones.
• Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders.
• Serve as an interface between permitting, transmission/interconnection, land, resource science, and engineering teams.
• Align objectives and priorities across departments to ensure coordinated and successful exploration outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and promoting best practices across exploration and drilling projects.
