Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a subject-matter expert and internal quarterback for the firm’s real estate investment products.
Translate complex investment strategies, portfolio performance, and market dynamics into clear messaging.
Own the development and ongoing refinement of product descriptions, pitch decks, and fund overviews.
Act as a strategic partner to Investor Relations in fundraising and ongoing LP engagement.
Coordinate closely with Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Risk, Legal/Compliance, CEO’s Office and Finance / Accounting.
Monitor market trends, peer strategies, and competitor positioning across real estate asset classes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional designation (MBA, CFA, CAIA) a plus.
8–10+ years of experience in real estate investing, product management, capital markets, portfolio management, or investor relations within an institutional platform.
Strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, capital structures, and risk analysis.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly to sophisticated audiences.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing institutional-quality materials.
High level of intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and comfort working across senior stakeholders.
