About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis for transactions
  • Create credit profiles, mortgage insurance applications, and corresponding exhibits
  • Participate in all stages of deals from engagement to closing
  • Provide support to loan originators and underwriters as necessary
  • Develop and apply knowledge of Lument programs, requirements, policies, and procedures
  • Work professionally and harmoniously with team and coworkers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field required
  • Formal education, internship, or work experience in commercial real estate or sectors served by the firm preferred
  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials are required within the first 60 days of the start date
  • Willingness to relocate required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Microsoft Excel)
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently and as part of a team
