About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead all management and statutory financial reporting across Oritain's global entities
Manage treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, liquidity management and investment oversight
Design, implement and embed scalable finance policies and procedures
Ensure group-wide compliance with internal controls and external reporting standards
Drive automation and system improvements across financial reporting and treasury operations
Develop documentation and training materials
Monitor operational KPIs and lead team of three

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
Minimum of five years' experience in financial reporting, treasury or audit roles
Proven track record of designing and embedding finance processes and policies
Strong systems knowledge across NetSuite (or a similar ERP), Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI
Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
Communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive change
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
